プレイヤーの皆様へのお願い

OutsiderはStepManiaで動作する非営利の音楽ゲームパッケージ企画です。
企画の製作進行のために、企画のあらゆる場所で、
素材サイト、コモンズ作品、またOutsiderのためだけに新規で製作いただいたものなど、
過去から現在まで色々な人が製作した作品を、それぞれライセンスに従ってお借りしています。

最近、とあるパッケージの公開終了に伴い、
SNSや各種海外フォーラムでそのパッケージを無断転載、および内容を別パッケージへ無断で転用(盗用)しようとする動きが見られました。
また、盗用は公開終了した該当パッケージのみに限らず、実際に今日時点で進行中の別パッケージが盗用被害に遭っています。

本パッケージでは今のところ上記の被害は受けていませんが、予防のため改めて明言しておきます。
Outsiderシリーズは、「EDIT譜面を作って他人に共有するために.sscファイルだけを共有する」「主催作楽曲のアレンジ・リミックスを作成する」などのような、
あらかじめ示した一部の例外を除いて、特設サイト・パッケージの双方の内容の一切の無断転載・転用を禁止しています。

StepMania界隈はパッケージが突然入手不能になることは多々あり、
「それらを誰でも遊べるように保管したい」という気持ちは一プレイヤーとしての視点で理解はしています。
ですが、それでもダメなものはダメです。

A request to all players

"Outsider" is a non-profit music game package project that runs on StepMania.
For the production progress of the project, We would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation in all areas of the project, including material sites, works licensed by Creative Commons, and new works created just for Outsider.
We have been borrowing works created by various people from the past to the present, under their respective licenses.

Recently, with the end of the release of a certain package, there have been attempts on social networking sites and various overseas forums to reprint the package without permission, and to divert (plagiarize) its contents to other packages without permission.
In fact, as of today, not only that package but also another package in progress has been damaged by plagiarism.

This package has not been affected by the above, but I would like to reiterate this as a precaution.
The Outsider series is prohibited to reprint or divert any of the contents of both the special site and the package without permission.
(With a few exceptions indicated beforehand : to create EDIT scores and share them with others by sharing only the .ssc file, or by creating arrangements and remixes of hosted songs.)

It is not uncommon for packages to suddenly become unavailable in the StepMania community.
As a player, I understand the desire to keep them available for everyone to play.
I understand that you want to keep them so that everyone can play them, but still, what's not good is not good.
